About Us
UAB “Textrix” was established on Spetember 4, 1996 by Torben G. Skov and Henrik Pedersen as a foreign capital (Danish) company.
Torben G. Skov retired in 2018 and sold his shares to Fusion 2N ApS (Danish company).
“Textrix” is being run by 80+ highly appreciated employees.
Our field of activity is outwear sewing. The company provides full service from sale to delivery for foreign and Lithuanian customers. We use temporarily imported materials and accessories for processing and, at request of the customer, raw materials and accessories can be purchased in Lithuania and abroad.
We are producing high quality sportswear for running, cycling and triathlon.
In 2025 we were granted Oeko-tex Step certificate.
